LAS VEGAS, NV. — Silver State Software, Inc. (dba Yobi), based in Las Vegas, NV, today announced that it has purchased Lodestone Data Technologies, Inc. The transaction was completed on November 4, 2019. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
Lodestone Data Technologies developed the most sophisticated RFID-based plant tracking and compliance solution for the commercial cannabis cultivation market. Data analyzed from customer harvests of 50,000 plants have demonstrated a 75% reduction in labor costs over existing workflows.

Steve Mackey, founder & CEO of Lodestone, joins the executive team of Yobi as SVP for Sales & Marketing. Scott Sirles, co-founder and president, now serves on the advisory board as a cultivation consultant.
